Design, construction management and on-site execution project for the refurbishment of a fourth-floor apartment, developed through a contemporary intervention focused on functionality, spatial organization and custom-made design.

The proposal included the design and development of bespoke furniture aimed at efficiently dividing and organizing the space according to the client’s specific activities and daily use requirements. The intervention sought to optimize circulation, improve functionality and create a clear and coherent spatial identity.

My involvement included project development, construction management and on-site execution, as well as the technical resolution and documentation required for the complete realization of the project.
